- FFS bagging for frit: provides full automation of the process and a fast ROI.
- Filling of fine minerals in valve bags, with valve sealing options: requires minimal maintenance and keeps product mixes uniform within the bag.
- Big Bag Filler: with increased durability of components and simplified maintenance, thanks to the use of flexible filling spouts instead of traditional telescopic systems. Lifting the entire assembly during the filling process along with the lower vibration helps to settle the product better, while centering the big bag on the pallet.
- Different palletizing solutions depending on the bag features, the required output and the maximum pallet height.
- Automatic pallet wrapping system with corrugated cardboard to protect pallets sideways: prevents damage during logistical handling.
- Production control systems for the industrial packaging line (OEE and SCADA): they enable the control of the line's efficiency.
