ZEUS – CIRCULAR SIEVE

ZEUS Circular SieveThe different models we manufacture are suitable for medium and large productions in industrial screening. They can be used for processes of separating solids in a liquid, for separating different granulometries of the same product, in security screening for the elimination of foreign particles, for the homogenization of particles, etc.

It supports a production of 100 to 25.000 kg/h depending on the product, the mesh opening and the feed flow of the machine. The ZEUS circular sieve is suitable for sieving from 36 microns to 25 mm.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel (or AISI 316, on request), it is equipped with a motor with eccentric masses that generates a three-dimensional movement, making the sieving of the product as easy as possible. The adjustment of the masses allows the behaviour of the product on the mesh and the speed of sieving to be regulated.

The bottom has a side outlet through which the obtained product is discharged. The sieves can be ordered with or without product outlet. If sieves with outlet are chosen, the sieving process is automated: as the product enters, it also exits through the discharge outlets.

The ZEUS circular sieve model can accommodate up to 4 sieves, which can be used to separate up to 5 products. We have several models to suit all types of production: Ø400, Ø550, Ø800, Ø1200 and Ø1500 mm.

Optionally, it can be requested with quick-closing clamps, with a cover, bodies with or without outlet, bodies with a gate, with ultrasound equipment, with a cleaning system (balls, slip rings or wet method). Available in ATEX version according to zone classification.
