ERALKI SV-SB series vibrating screens are used for the separation and classification of bulk products by size. From a construction point of view, they consist of a rigid monoblock frame stiffened by crossbeams and are driven, depending on the model, by one or two electric motor-driven vibrators. The equipment is normally installed supported, either on springs or on rubber anti-vibration mounts, although depending on the size and application it can also be installed suspended. The equipment can be supplied either open, with lower outlet hoppers and sealed at the top, or with fibreglass, metal or polycarbonate covers. Optionally, suction inlets for dust collection and inspection covers for interior inspection can be fitted.
