The Vertical Continuous Feeder – ACV, is a standard equipment, with adaptability to each project and need required in the different production plants.
ACV with top closure, manhole and connection with flexible flange to the equipment that transfers material (belt conveyor, chain conveyor, auger conveyor, etc.), ACV to receive the direct discharge from an overhead crane or bucket, without top closure and finally as a replacement for by-pass diverters.
This equipment provides reception, treatment and discharge solutions for low-density, easily compressible materials, such as Alternative Fuels. The ACV, based on a vertical internal auger and one or two discharge gates, allows the material to be received, aerated and kept internally decompressed, achieving a rain-like transfer and avoiding batches or blocks of material to the next equipment in the process.
