The VENUS laboratory V-mixer, is used as a precision homogenizer of powder or granulated products, within the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
It has 2 loading mouths with silicone lids and an outlet mouth for discharging the mixture. The useful capacity of the product to be mixed must be 50% of the total capacity of the mixer.
The “V” shaped tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror polished finish both inside and out. In addition, its design, without angles or corners, prevents the accumulation of product residue inside.
4 and 8 litre size mixers are driven by a single-phase motor and controlled by an automation system (PLC) with a touch screen with the following functions:
> Manual control of mixing time.
> 4 preset and user-configurable automatic programs for automatic time control.
> It has a control of the loading and unloading position of the tank.
> 3 selectable languages (Spanish, English and French).
