The VENTEX® isolation valve provides explosion protection in one or both flow directions without the need for external energy (passive explosion protection).

VENTEX® valves are available in the following versions:

S, single effect
D, double effect
C, check valve

The VENTEX® is used in a wide range of industrial applications and equipment where explosion insulation is essential to complete the protection concept: fluid bed or spray dryers, bag filters (clean gas side), mills and many more.

Material: carbon steel or stainless steel
Dust load in duct: < 50 g/m3
Flow velocity: < 12 m/s
Mode of operation: single or double acting
Installation position: horizontal or vertical
Combustible product: organic and metallic dust, gases, hybrid mixtures
