At Sinfimasa, we design and manufacture screw conveyors, or Archimedes screws, tailored to each project, ensuring robustness and reliability in any situation involving the transport of bulk solids. In our technical office, we customize each conveyor according to the project specifications and the characteristics of the material to be transported. We adapt each screw to the client's particular needs. We manufacture screws with anti-wear materials and slow working speed to prevent premature wear in highly demanding aggregates and minerals. We adapt to all types of projects, manufacturing the bodies of the conveyors in troughs or tubes. For the food, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors, we design hygienic and high-precision conveyors, complying with FDA regulations, and we also certify them according to ATEX standards for dust and gas. We manufacture both the bodies, threads or propellers and the shafts with all the steel qualities available on the market; Hardox, carbon steel, AISI-304/316L stainless steel, super stainless steel, etc. All augers can be equipped with filling, speed and overload sensors.
