Pneumatic Transport Systems 

At ES SOLIDOS, we design and develop all types of installations for the pneumatic conveying of solid products in powder or granular form. Pneumatic conveying is an efficient, safe, and clean solution for transporting solid products in powder or granular form through pipelines, using air or other gases as the propulsion medium.

There are mainly two types of systems:

• Vacuum Pneumatic Transport (depression):
  Ideal for loading materials from multiple locations to a single destination. This system generates negative pressure that suctions the product, making it especially useful in applications with lightweight, fragile products or in environments requiring a high level of hygiene.
• Pneumatic Pressure Transport (impulsion):
  Used to move large volumes of material from a loading point to one or more destinations. It operates using positive pressure and is suitable for long distances or heavier, more abrasive products.

Both systems can be configured in dense phase or dilute phase, depending on the material characteristics, transport distance, and process requirements.

These systems offer closed handling, reduce cross-contamination, and improve working conditions by minimizing operator contact with the product.
