Dense phase pneumatic conveying equipment is basically used for large flow rates and for abrasive products or those that, due to their fragility, must be transported at low speed.
Low-speed transport prevents premature wear of installation elements such as pipes, elbows, etc.
Low-speed transport also prevents breakages in fragile products being transported. It also prevents particles of different densities from separating during transport.
The equipment operates with compressed air between 1 and 5 bar and the transport flow rates, depending on the configuration of each equipment, can exceed 50 Tn/h and 200 meters in length.
