PKL Series Pneumatic Strikers

The PKL Series Pneumatic Strikers, They are especially suitable for removing adhering materials in walls of hoppers, silos and containers. Examples include: Removal of vaults, chimneys and residual materials in pipes.

The impact is generated by a piston that is accelerated with the aid of a pneumatically preloaded spring. The rapid emptying of the piston chamber causes the piston to strike the impact surface sharply. In the case of PKL 190 to 740, the impact is made directly on the mounting surface, while types PKL 1000 to PKL 10000 transmit the impact energy via an impact plate integrated in the striker. 

PKL punchers can be operated with compressed air no lubrication required, and are available in ATEX and Stainless Steel.
