Many applications in industry and agriculture cause severe wear on pipe systems. For this reason, we have developed the DURABLE DESIGN wear protection range. Wear protection is usually glued or screwed on and consists of a polyurethane base. However, the materials differ in their different properties. The products are combined with our modular pipe system. As standard, we offer diameters from DN 150 mm to DN 350 mm for screwed wear protection, while the diameters for glued wear protection range from DN 100 mm to 350 mm. Diameters larger than 350 mm are generally possible on request. Polyurethane has the advantage of having an elastic yet wear-resistant structure. This absorbs impact energy, especially during deflections, and prolongs service life. DURABLE DESIGN is often used in industry, e.g. e.g. in the transport of cement, lime, sand, gravel, concrete or mineral wool, and in agriculture for transporting, e.g., grain, soybeans, corn or barley.
