Los NTS Series Linear Pneumatic Vibrators, are especially suitable for the compaction and fluidization of bulk materials. In addition, thanks to their powerful, completely linear vibration, they are ideal for emptying containers, as well as for Transport and dosing of granulated materials.
A special feature of this type of vibrator is the possibility of synchronized operation of several units, using a coupling kit.
The sinusoidal vibration is produced by a self-reversing piston. This oscillation allows us to use a wide variety of applications. NTS vibrators can stop and start independently of the point where they are installed.
The vibration amplitude can be regulated by a flow control valve. Increasing the inlet pressure increases the operating frequency and centrifugal force.
There are models for both ATEX regulations and stainless steel.
