Los NTK Series Linear Pneumatic Vibrators, are especially indicated for the transport, compaction and fluidization of bulk materials, thanks to their unidirectional vibration. They can also be used to improve and optimize certain industrial processes.
A special feature of NTK vibrators is the variety of mounting options. They can be anchored to the vibrating surface either via the casing or the piston. In addition, additional mounting options can be added. additional masses to adjust the frequency and amplitude.
Unidirectional vibration is produced by a self-reversing piston. NTK linear vibrators have the possibility of start and stop instantly regardless of the position in which it has been installed. The noise level is less than 80 dB (A). The frequency can be continuously adjusted by regulating the inlet pressure and the amplitude can be varied by incorporating a flow regulating valve at the outlet.

NTK vibrators with thread can be fitted with a robust, dust-tight protective cap, which also prevents the risk of blockages and makes cleaning easier.
