The NEG Series Three-Phase External Electric Vibrators can be used in a multitude of applications, either as a drive for vibrating machinery (compaction tables, feeders, screens, etc.) or for the discharge and removal of materials in silos, hoppers or containers.
One of the most outstanding features of the NEG series is the quality of the materials used , which allows for maintenance-free operation, even under extremely harsh conditions.
The NEG Series three-phase vibratory motors operate similarly to conventional electric motors, functioning, depending on the number of poles, at a frequency between 3000 and 750 min⁻¹ when powered by 230/400 V 50 Hz. The NEG Series includes numerous models , depending on their characteristics and the power supply.
Thanks to the adjustable unbalanced weights mounted inside, it is possible to modify the characteristic values at any time according to the needs of the application. Furthermore, they can be regulated via a frequency inverter.
