Mechanical conveyors are used to transport various types of powders and granules to one or more points in a circuit. They consist of elbows connected by tubes, inside which a cable or chain with plastic discs runs.
The cable/chain engages in rings on the elbows and is dragged through the pipes. The system has a drive unit with an automatic cable/chain tensioning system. The discs mechanically drag the product at the speed of the rope/chain.
The product is discharged by gravity through manually or automatically operated valves mounted along the transport pipeline.
Low energy consumption, tightness of the system, the possibility of transporting products with different densities and easy integration even into existing systems make the system economical, efficient, reliable, versatile and environmentally friendly.
