MICRODOSERS – MBF-

The MBF micro-dosers are the solution for continuous volumetric dosing of powder or grains. They are made of a SINT® technopolymer body reinforced with steel (as an option, a body entirely made of stainless steel), their horizontal homogenizing rotor is responsible for breaking up any lumps, and their coaxial dosing tool at the bottom of the equipment finishes dosing the product with vertical discharge. The MBF are prepared to work in explosive atmospheres, thanks to their certification according to the ATEX Directive, as well as in food processes through the food version approved by the FDA. Their dosing range is covered by three models, MBF42-MBF73-MBF114, generating a wide production range, starting from 3 l/h up to 4000 l/h with the MBF114 model.
