Shooting rings for quick assembly

Key features : The JACOB draw ring system is very easy to install and provides the piping system with excellent stability and watertightness thanks to its high-quality construction. Both draw rings have been tested in combination with JACOB U-shaped gaskets. Air leakage per connection, measured at a differential pressure of 0,5 bar (e.g., with a diameter of 300 mm), is well below the permissible values ​​of DIN EN 12237, Class D.

Application : Our U-shaped seal draft ring system, when properly configured, is condensation-tight up to a diameter of DN 300 mm and is therefore ideal for applications such as oil mist extraction. Our U-shaped seal draft ring connections are typically used for bulk material handling and ventilation systems with overpressures up to 50.000 Pa (500 mbar, 5.000 mm WG). Vacuum applications are available upon request, depending on the product selected.
