The Line Drive Series Transport System is a pneumatic system for the horizontal transport of all types of products.
Traditional vibrating conveyor systems move material by launching it in a parabolic trajectory, which, in the case of fragile materials , can damage the product. The Line Drive Series Conveyor System slides the material horizontally across the tray without causing any damage.
One of the main features of the Line Drive Series is its ultra-compact design and power; with a height of only 5 cm , a single drive unit can move a load of up to 30 kg, with the forward speed easily regulated through the supplied compressed air.
For transporting heavier loads, the Line Drive Series can work in parallel with other units or, in the case of large trays, use a support unit from the same series.
Like all Netter Vibration conveyor systems, the Line Drive can be fully customized to meet the requirements of your application.
