The IRIS electromagnetic sieve shaker They are used in research and development areas as well as in quality control of production processes for both raw materials and intermediate and finished products. They are used to perform particle size separation tests using dry and wet methods.
The IRIS sieve shaker is therefore highly effective, thanks to the three-dimensional movement of the particles generated by an electromagnet. With the 3D effect, the particles bounce around the entire surface of the sieve and pass more quickly to the lower sieve. This means that more effective screening is achieved throughout the entire sieve column.
There are three models: FTS-0200, FTL-0200 and FTL-0300, which cover sieves from 60 mm to 400 mm Ø for sampling from 25 gr of product to 12,5 kg. The particle size to be analyzed can range from 25µ to 125 mm. Each user can choose the equipment most suitable for their needs.
