INTEGRA® 71 pallet filling portal robot
The INTEGRA® 71 portal filling robot is designed for fully automatic filling of IBCs, drums and other containers arranged on pallets.
This robot stands out for its automatic identification of filling openings and their subsequent automatic positioning.
As the containers move toward the filling area, a camera scans the surface and detects the positions of the openings.
In addition, the position of the openings is checked for plausibility.
The containers are then automatically opened, filled and closed, and sealed if necessary.
