The ROS DUCTING industrial modular piping system consists of a set of pieces made of sheet metal and joined together by means of flanges. The pieces of this system are characterized by having a flange and a perimeter reinforcement (bead) at each end. The main advantage of the ROS pipe is its quick and easy assembly, as well as the modularity and versatility provided by the assembly of segmented elbows, which allow it to adapt to any installation regardless of the difficulty of its design.
Starting from a coil of galvanised or stainless steel sheet, the ducts are rolled and joined lengthwise by laser welding or seaming. All parts are manufactured with a bead and flange at each end. Products are manufactured as standard with thicknesses between 0,6 and 1,0 mm, and a diameter range between 80 mm and 1.000 mm, using certified high-quality sheet metal. Parts up to 1,2 mm thick and 1.500 mm in diameter can be manufactured on request.
