It is a rigid and self-supporting element, manufactured by sintering a specific combination of granulated synthetic polymers, its porous structure being completely covered with a thin layer of PTFE.
Its special configuration gives it extraordinary rigidity while offering a filtering surface three times greater than that of a conventional filter with very high filtration efficiency even for the most difficult products.
Sintered sheet filters can handle high inlet dust loads with an emission value of 0,5 mg/Nm3, ensuring compliance with the strictest pollution regulations and allowing, in most cases, the return of filtered air to the workplace with the consequent energy savings.
