Helical Dosers

The materials are transported using a helical movement. They are calculated and built for the position in which they must work: horizontal or inclined.

– Volumetric dosing devices. Suitable for products that flow easily and have a regular behaviour. They allow speed adjustment and therefore production.

– Gravimetric dosers. When a precise and variable supply is required depending on production demand, gravimetric dosers are used. In these devices, the actual production required by the system (kg/h) is calculated by weight loss, acting on the doser speed control to keep it at the required set point at all times.
