ABMS MILL DISTRIBUTORThe ABMS mill distributor is the result of the vast experience STOLZ has acquired over the last few years and the intention to respond to the evolution of the operation of factories (manufacturing, maintenance, automation). The most important advance that has been made is to feed the mill along its entire length and also to add functions for the segregation of metal parts and "stones". The ABMS distributor is a monobloc machine with aesthetic, cleaning, waste segregation automation, and personnel safety requirements, all achieved with the experience acquired by STOLZ.

RMS HAMMER MILLSTOLZ has developed a new grinding/screening concept to offer increasingly fine grinding solutions for specific food formulations dedicated to extrusions and to meet the criteria required by users. Our centrifugal double rotation screeners with on-the-fly cleaning are at the outlet of mills with a chamber width of 400 to 1.600 mm and 27 to 355 kW. This concept, combined with the reputation of the RM mill and with our high-end ABMS pneumatic feeder-destoner-destoner, attracts dozens of customers every year.

SAGA AUTONOMOUS AUTOMATIC GRID SELECTOR. The SAGA automatic grid selector allows, by exchanging data with the production automation, to introduce one of the sets of grids from the warehouse into the mill without manual intervention. The automation of this phase allows a significant reduction in production downtime, improves manufacturing flexibility by taking advantage of the traceability of the grids. Working conditions are improved by limiting the risk of accidents and the noise level.

RMA HAMMER MILLWith the RMA configuration, the grid change is automatic and is done on the mill in operation.

RME HAMMER MILL. This mill, which comes from the RM range, has been adapted to meet the robustness criteria required by industries where significant sudden movements require increased mechanical and wear resistance (skinning, paper in blocks, pieces of cake, cassava roots, etc.).

CLUMP BREAKER. This machine is used at all product inlets, whether in bulk or in bags, when the particle size of a normally powdery product is not guaranteed. The lump crusher allows the disintegration of lumps caused by humidity or compression. The lump crusher can be mounted in a circuit, under a discharge hopper or a bag chute, but its purpose is not to transform raw materials into flour.

STONE REMOVERThe special feature of the STOLZ PEDT type destoning device is the possibility of permanently using the distributor in order to regulate the flow of granules before screening.
