Innova's FV|PRO Automatic Vertical Strapping Machine is an effective solution for securing loads to the base of the pallet, ensuring stability during transport. Thanks to its versatile design, it allows for strapping loads on two or four sides and strapping in one or two directions using a 2° rotation system, thus optimizing product support and protection.
It includes a lateral movement system that allows multiple strapping operations to be performed without having to move the load, optimizing space and time on the production line.
The FV|PRO features a folding strapping lance for easy integration into tight spaces and can optionally incorporate a horizontal corner protector applicator for added protection.
It works with polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) straps from 8 to 12 mm, supports loads of up to 2.000 kg and adapts to different pallet dimensions.
Equipped with ODEN's proprietary servo-driven strapping head and motorized unwinder, it achieves a production capacity of up to 60 pallets/hour, ideal for automating the end of the line in demanding industrial sectors.
