CONTINUOUS WEIGHING
The Vidmar CPT flowmeter is a pendulum system, with a curved impact plate.
Based on the law of centripetal force, in which the load cell only records the horizontal forces produced on the impact plate, without being affected by the dirt in the environment.
Ideal for measuring the flow of granular (maximum 5 mm) or powdery products in continuous processes where there is a flow of material and available height necessary for the installation of this equipment.
The material enters the equipment and is directed to a channel that regulates its flow so that it impacts on a plate supported by a weighing system.
The force collection system is mounted on a static set of levers that are articulated by means of four crossed bending blades, which are wear-free and therefore maintenance-free.
