These belts are self-aligning, making start-up and production operations extremely easy. They also offer great versatility, as they can be adapted to a wide variety of extruders and water slides, both our own and those of other manufacturers.
Flash-Off tapes employ evaporation technology to quickly and completely dry extruded strands. At the same time, they are gentle enough to process sensitive thermoplastics, including biodegradable, wood-filled, fiberglass-reinforced, and water-soluble compounds.
Available in a wide range of sizes, these tapes are offered in widths from 4” (10,16 cm) to 40” (101,6 cm) and lengths from 6' (15,24 cm) to 35' (88,9 cm).
