We manufacture elbows according to size from pressed halves or pressed segments. Automated production steps, particularly during welding, ensure consistently high quality.
Maximum flexibility in planning and implementation: from space-constrained elbows in radius R = 1D to pressed-in elbows in larger radii UP TO R= 5D from DN 80 to DN 300. All components have a 6 mm flange and can be combined with all JACOB pipe components using our clamping system.
These R=5D elbows are manufactured in curvature angles of 15º, 30º, 45º, 60º and 90º from 2 mm thick in DN 80 to DN 120 and in 3 mm thick from DN 150 to DN 300 both in powder coated iron and stainless steel.
