The single-tube eccentric vibratory mill from SIEBTECHNIK GmbH uses an externally mounted excitation unit to produce non-homogeneous movements, including elliptical, circular and linear vibrations. This results in a very high impact load on the material to be ground, particularly at high amplitudes. The high specific energy combined with a high degree of movement of the packing give the mill a high efficiency and also enables a reduction in the mill mass and thus in the drive energy.
Eccentric imbalance excitation generates inhomogeneous vibrations, so the main wear zone in the eccentric vibrating mill is distributed more evenly in the lower half.
