The ERALKI CTM-CTT series vibrating tables allow the compaction of products contained in boxes, big bags, etc. The equipment consists of a flat upper frame, CTM series, in which two motor vibrators are incorporated in parallel at the bottom. This assembly is supported on a static frame either by means of rubber anti-vibration mounts or by means of a pneumatic actuator, depending on the application. The manufacturing materials can be either carbon steel or stainless steel. There is the possibility of installing load cells to control the loads being carried out, or to automate the vibration cycles. In this case, the equipment is supplied with a control and command panel where the weighing controller is integrated.
