For over 30 years, Compact Filter Elements (CFE) have been the first choice for dust collection systems in critical industrial processes.

Filtration Group has extensive experience in the development and application of compact filter elements (CFE), which are used in various applications:

Laser cutting – Separates 99,995% of dust.
Wet paint – In painting lines, overspray of highly adherent paint is continuously filtered off.
Mining and tunneling – Requires extremely robust filter media.
Metalworking – When working with metals, oily dusts often cause problems with conventional filter cartridges.
Our CFEs are self-supporting, fully fusion-bonded filter plates that combine the advantages of filter bags and filter cartridges. Depending on the application, compact filter elements can be equipped with:

Water and oil repellent polyester fleece.
Microporous coatings.
PTFE membrane.
In addition, CFEs can be used in environments with high dust loads and efficiently cleaned using compressed air pulse cleaning.
