HTV COMBUSTION BAG FILTER

The HTV high temperature bag filter is a dry filtration system designed and manufactured by TamaAernova Iberica to purify the air from suspended solid particles. Its installation guarantees the quality of the air in the production environment and the protection of those who work there. The filter inlet consists of a pre-filtration chamber that recovers the coarsest dust. The recovered material is discharged into a special container installed under the hopper. The high temperature bag filter is suitable for the suction of dust derived from combustion processes and in the presence of high temperatures in general. 

Strengths

The high temperature bag filter is built and configured according to the type of use and the specific needs of the customer. The cleaning of the filter elements is managed by reading the pressure drop, which favours lower compressed air consumption and a longer life of the bags. The pre-filtration chamber recovers the coarsest dust, protecting the bags from excessive loads of contaminants and ensuring a longer life. The filter is thermally insulated with rock wool and aluminium caps, to avoid excessive heat exchange with the outside. High temperature paint and suitable components allow its use up to 250° C. The filter is configured with a fire-fighting pipe, spray nozzles and temperature probe.
