º The CLIBOS fan and its drive version, the CLIBOS-TR, both plug-type fans, are designed for hot gas recirculation in demanding applications. The rolled carbon steel construction with heat-resistant paint ensures corrosion resistance and allows for use in high-temperature environments such as furnaces, boilers, and burners. Rock wool thermal insulation (50 mm for CLIBOS and 150 mm for CLIBOS-TR) protects the equipment, offering controlled recirculation in thermal chambers and dryers for products such as wood or ceramics. º Both versions feature a reinforced impeller with backward-facing blades and a self-cleaning impeller, maximizing performance and minimizing maintenance in industrial processes that require low dust accumulation, such as paint booths. The CLIBOS-TR's drive assembly handles gases up to 350°C, while the direct-coupled CLIBOS can handle temperatures of up to 250°C, ideal for melting furnaces and dryers at lower temperatures. º Equipped with high-efficiency IE3 motors and IP-55 protection, they operate continuously (S1), being robust in environments with working temperatures of up to 60ºC.
