El J-Tec Material Handling CIP cleaning system Cleaning in place (CIP) is an automated process based on cleaning the interior surfaces of pipes, vessels, process equipment, filters, and related accessories without disassembly. Wash water and detergent solution are circulated throughout the system, including tanks, fillers, and pipelines, to ensure consistency and sustainability, guaranteeing maximum cleanliness and hygiene while minimizing the risk of contamination.
Un CIP cleaning system The common system consists of the following elements: – Base – Water and solution preparation tanks with heating – Supply and return pumps controlled by a variable frequency drive – Supply and return lines – Tubular heat exchangers – Chemical dosing – Valves (Butterfly, angle seat, single-seat multi-way valves…) – Vent filters in the tanks – CIP return filters – Instrumentation (level gauges, flow meters, flow detectors, temperature, pressure, conductivity probes…) – Pressure gauges
