Chain conveyors

We design and manufacture chain conveyors for the transport of bulk solids that require long distances in a reliable, safe and high-performance manner. They are also known as Redler conveyors. The conveyors are working for all sectors, with advantages such as robustness, reliability, low maintenance costs and machine safety. Manufactured with a single or double body in carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized, etc. and with a flat or forged chain specially for the transport of abrasive materials, suitable for different granulometries. We manufacture chain conveyors for the transport of wood chips, pellets, compost, etc., up to 60 meters in length and variable geometries (Z, L) depending on the needs of the installation. The bodies are usually made of AISI-304/316L stainless steel, galvanized in carbon steel, and the chain is chosen according to the product to be transported. For the food sector, we manufacture conveyors for those products that present certain technical requirements for their handling, such as sugar, for which we equip and certify our chain conveyors according to ATEX regulations. We design chain conveyors according to FDA regulations.
