CONTINUOUS WEIGHING
Continuous flow measurement system using two-stage static weighing.
It consists of a heavy hopper that measures weight until reaching a programmed weight.
From that moment on, the upper hopper gate is closed, which momentarily retains the circulating material, until the lower hopper registers the weight and discharges it to the process.
The stage then discharges the retained material into the weighing hopper and continues with the measurement cycle.
Gates operated by pneumatic pistons.
High levels of safety in each of the hoppers.
Weighing system consisting of 3 weight cells with silent blocks.
