At Sinfimasa we design and manufacture industrial bucket elevators for productions of up to 500 tons per hour to lift solid bulk materials and transport them vertically to several meters high using the least possible physical space, while doing so in an easy, safe and fast way. Our engineering office develops a different elevator for each specific project of our client to guarantee its performance, reliability and safety. At Sinfimasa we manufacture belt and chain bucket elevators. The belt is of the highest quality, like all the other elements, and has a carefully studied tension to avoid maintenance and loosening problems. Depending on the material to be lifted, we install metal buckets that can be reinforced with anti-wear for high-demand aggregates and minerals, or made of technical plastic for other solids. We also use hygienic design buckets to comply with FDA requirements and AISI 304 and 316L stainless steel for the food and pharmaceutical industry. Sinfimasa was a pioneer in manufacturing ATEX-certified bucket elevators for solids. We manufacture bucket elevators with fully sealed head and foot.
