Flexicon's TIP-TITE® family of drum, case and container tilters enable dust-free loading, sealing, tilting and unloading of containers, taking cleanliness and efficiency to a new level in bulk material handling.
The system features a hydraulic lift that forms a tight seal between the bin rim and the discharge bell. The assembly is then hydraulically tipped, engaging the cone with a gasketed receiving ring on a hopper lid. This design eliminates the need for connecting sleeves and clamps, optimizing safety and ease of use.
All models are available in carbon steel with a highly durable primer and paint or in stainless steel with contact surfaces designed to meet industrial, food, dairy and pharmaceutical industry standards. They can also discharge directly into process equipment or into hoppers designed for connection to flexible screw conveyors, Flexicon pneumatic systems or other material handling equipment.
