Operating principle
Bag filters are static equipment; dusty gases are directed into the dirty area of the filter, also known as the dirty air chamber, where the filter bags act as a barrier between the dirty and clean side. The gases pass through the filter fabric, exiting free of dust and particles through the clean air chamber, where they are channeled towards a fan and chimney.
To be a fully automatic system, the bags with the filtered dust must be cleaned. At AIR JET, we work with bag filters with Pulse-Jet Technology, which as their name indicates, are filters that incorporate the Pulse-Jet cleaning system. This automated system uses pulses of compressed air to detach dust from the bags, causing it to fall to the bottom of the filter where it is discharged.
