The BACHMIX-R type recirculating vacuum mixer-homogenizer in laboratory, pilot or industrial production format allows a wide range of operations such as high viscosity homogenizations, fine emulsions, vacuum and pressure, washing and sterilization that represent a technological advance in the manufacture of cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical products.
BACHMIX-R controls all process parameters, such as stirring speeds, temperature and pressure. The slow-slow coaxial or helical Helix-type stirrer, together with the new HRB rotor-stator emulsifier in recirculation for internal/external homogenization with adjustable GAP, allows for the production of very fine and stable emulsions in processes with high viscosity products and complex rheology.
BACHMIX-R includes all process peripherals such as the vacuum group, the weighing system, the heating regulation module, the CIP/SIP system.
