The BACHLAB has been designed to facilitate the development and research at laboratory level of high viscosity emulsions, dispersions or homogenizations, allowing direct industrial scaling to its range of BACHMIX equivalents.
The BACHLAB laboratory mixer controls all process parameters such as stirring speed, temperature and pressure. The slow-slow coaxial mixer combined with the new rotor-stator emulsifier enables the production of very fine and stable emulsions in processes with highly viscous products and complex rheology.
