ATEX NTVA BAG FILTER

The Pulco Air NTVA bag filter, designed and manufactured by TamaAernova Iberica, is a dry filtration system used to purify the air of suspended solid particles. By installing the Pulco Air bag filter, it is possible to treat a wide range of contaminants even in the presence of high temperatures and humidity, to ensure the quality of the air in production premises and the protection of those who work there. 

The cleaning of the filter elements is managed by reading the pressure drop, which favours lower compressed air consumption and a longer cartridge life.

Operating principle 

Dusty air is transported to the filter bags from outside to inside, thus depositing impurities on the outer wall of the filter elements and in the collection hopper.

A jet of compressed air, stored in a special tank, is cyclically injected into the sleeves, creating a violent countercurrent wave capable of removing and precipitating the deposited particles outside the sleeves.
