ATEX CFVA CARTRIDGE FILTER

The Kompac Air CFVA cartridge filter from TamaAernova Iberica is a dry filtration system used to purify the air from suspended solid particles.

Strengths

The installation of the Kompac Air cartridge filter allows the treatment of a wide range of contaminants and guarantees the quality of the air in production premises and the protection of those who work there. The cleaning of the filter elements is managed by reading the pressure drop, which favours a lower consumption of compressed air and a longer service life of the cartridges. The Kompac Air cartridge filter has a high filtering surface, is compact, easy to move and transport and quick to install. 

Operating principle 

Dusty air is drawn into the filter cartridges from the outside to the inside, thereby depositing impurities on the external wall of the filter elements and in the collection hopper. A jet of compressed air, stored in a special tank, is cyclically injected into the cartridges, creating a violent counter-current wave capable of removing and precipitating the deposited particles outside the cartridges.
