Filter Vibration manufactures different models of laboratory mills depending on the needs of each client, the ARES FML-0100 small and economical for grinding small quantities of product. We also have a cutting model ARES FML-MC and impact ARES FML-MI. They are used to crush a wide variety of soft, semi-hard and hard materials, such as cereals, spices, seeds, vegetables, resins, minerals, soil, stones, coal, etc. with an input particle size of 15 mm in the ARES FML-0100 model. The feed is carried out through a hopper located at the top and can be dosed manually using a gate. The door has a quick-release lock with a safety micro switch that stops the rotation if it is opened. Both the front and the loading hopper are made of AISI-304 stainless steel, with a mirror-polished finish. Inside, the 3 hammers are made of AISI-410 anti-wear stainless steel. The equipment includes an easily interchangeable sieve with standard perforations from Ø 0,5 to 6 mm.
