AERIS aspiration and filtration systems are easy to install and start up, ideal for aspiration needs between 1.500 and 10.000 m³/h. They operate by negative pressure with an integrated fan, equipped with Techtop IE3 – IE4 motors from 5,5 to 11 kW, managed by an ABB variable speed drive.
A pressure sensor adjusts energy consumption according to demand, optimising efficiency. Made of 2 and 3 mm DX51-Z200 galvanised steel, with the option of stainless steel, they stand out for their durability and robustness. They filter dust, sawdust and shavings in sectors such as agro-industry, food, recycling and chemicals.
Filter elements can be sleeves or cartridges made of various materials. Filtered air can be expelled with a residual concentration <0,1 mg/m³, meeting high quality standards.
Its low noise emission (<75 dB), thanks to strategic silencers, allows its installation in industrial interiors.
Equipped with Jet Pulse, their cleaning is managed by an intelligent sequencer, optimising filtration and reducing energy consumption. The precipitation chamber separates heavy particles before filtration.
