The VULCANO Circular Sieve The filter system is ideal for small production runs, between 5 and 75 kg, depending on the type of product. Ideal for pilot plants.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel (or AISI 316, on request), it is equipped with a motor with eccentric masses that generates a three-dimensional movement – in the horizontal and vertical planes – facilitating the screening of the product as much as possible. The adjustment of the masses allows the behaviour of the product on the mesh and the speed of screening to be regulated.
Screens and bottom without product outlet. The VULCANO Circular Screener from Filtra is not suitable for working in areas with explosive atmospheres.
This sieve shaker can hold up to 5 sieves of ø 300 or 400 mm. The standard sieve fixing system is made up of threaded stainless steel bars, bakelite knobs and a methacrylate ring, open (to feed the equipment) or closed. Optionally, it can be ordered with a quick-lock system or metal cover.
