Robuschi Robox Lobe

ROBOX LOBE is an integrated compression group for low pressure gas transport. Based on the RBS trilobular volumetric blower, driven by an electric motor via a belt transmission, including all accessories and soundproofing cabin.

The ROBOX LOBE can be supplied for a flow rate of up to 10.500 m³/h and for operation under pressure (up to 1.000 mbar(g)) and under vacuum (up to 500 mbar(a)).

Small footprint (Sizes 1.0, 1.5)

The new additional frames – 1.0 and 1.5 – mark the smallest options within our range of rotary lobe blowers. The distinctive configuration of the Robox rotary lobe pack minimises the footprint whilst preserving and improving performance. Based on the dimensions of the rotary lobe blower, we have managed to reduce the footprint by an impressive 20%.

Low noise

Low noise emissions are ensured by our new discharge and suction silencer design. In addition, improvements to the cover provide noise reduction thanks to a special sound-absorbing material and improved panel thickness. In addition, the cover's air inlet and outlet ducts are encased in a lined, curved, single-chamber enclosure.

Easy installation

Save time and money with the easy and flexible installation of the new Robox Lobe blower. Control Robox blowers with ease using the dedicated channels on the rigid forklift base. Place them on any flat surface, without the need for special bases. Thanks to their compact design, Robox blowers can be quickly and easily integrated into your existing system.

Affordable maintenance and service

All maintenance operations are easily carried out from the front, by removing the front panel or, on larger frames, by removing the side panels. 

For 1.0 and 1.5 frames, all maintenance tasks such as oil change, belt replacement and air filter installation can be performed effortlessly by simply opening the roof and removing the front panel. 

Additionally, air end servicing and engine repositioning are easily accomplished thanks to unrestricted access from the top and front.

The easy-to-use Robox Connect touchscreen features an intuitive menu that provides a real-time view of the operation of your Robox lobe and screw units. This interface allows for continuous monitoring of your equipment, facilitating early detection of problems and breakdowns to safeguard your investment. In addition, the controller efficiently manages a range of operational functions accessible both from the integrated touchscreen and remotely.
