La series P It is not an adaptation, but a machine specifically designed to cut tough plastics, reducing component wear and energy consumption. It incorporates an exclusive insulating coupling which eliminates rotor deflection caused by motor traction. This maintains a constant separation of just 0,0005 inches (0,013mm) between the rotor carbide blade and the fixed carbide blade, ensuring clean, precise cuts and minimal wear.
After more than a decade in operation and more than 100 units installed, the P Series pellet mill has been valued by customers as a solution cost-effective, easy to clean and extremely durable.
The P Series allows for extremely tight cutting spaces thanks to the unique design of the fixed blade holder. With the rotor in a fixed position and a coupling system that eliminates radial load on the bearings, higher rotation speeds and more precise cuts are achieved without overheating the bearings.
When a drive roller is incorporated, the front section is mounted on sliding guides, facilitating cleaning and maintenance access. Recommended for soft or very flexible strands.
The P Series Pelletizer represents the highest standard in pultrusion cutting of reinforced thermoplastics: maximum precision, durability, and ease of maintenance.
