The NCT Series Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators are especially suited for moving bulk materials, making them an excellent solution for emptying containers and Big Bags , as well as for preventing bridging, chimneys, and material buildup in all types of containers, or for stimulating mechanical processes . Their high operating frequency, low noise level, and minimal energy consumption are noteworthy features.
The circular vibration is generated by a turbine with eccentrically mounted imbalance weights.
The frequency of the turbine vibrators, and therefore the centrifugal force, can be continuously regulated via the inlet pressure.
The NCT series is available in compliance with the ATEX directive, Stainless Steel and can be used without lubrication (dry air).
