The NCR Series Pneumatic Roller Vibrators are especially suited for reducing friction on surfaces containing bulk materials, making them an excellent solution for preventing bridging, chimneys, and material buildup in all types of containers. Key features include their high operating frequency, powerful centrifugal force, and performance unaffected by potential resonances of the vibrated element.
The multidirectional vibration, generated by roller vibrators, is created by the high centrifugal force produced by a steel roller that rolls on a ring of the same material at a very high frequency.
The frequency of the roller vibrators, and therefore the centrifugal force, can be continuously regulated via the inlet pressure.
